Step 3: Register for Classes

You should meet with an 顾问 and review your degree plan before you start picking classes. Your degree plan will keep you on track. You can check your degree plan through Cougar Compass and register for classes using CougarWeb. In CougarWeb, you can also view classes and availability, register, pay tuition, view your financial aid status, access Collin email and more.

Schedule Changes
在 online 登记 period, you may add 和/或 drop classes by accessing CougarWeb.

You can add 和/或 drop classes using CougarWeb through the first four days of classes during a long semester and during the first day of Summer or mini-semester terms. For express and weekend courses, 登记 deadlines will vary. Please see an 顾问 for details. For 16-week classes, t在这里 是一个 登记 hard stop deadline 的 第四天 本学期的.

 

增加了 和/或 滴 for a single summer term may be completed via CougarWeb through the 第一天 of 这个词.

Once you have registered and need to make schedule changes, you can do so during online 登记.

A 滞纳金$10 will be assessed for students who wait until the 第一天 of 这个词 to register for the first time.

Is the class you wanted full? Sign up for the waitlist (after the early 登记 payment date, but prior to the 第一天 本学期的). When you receive a 登记 add error, select “Waitlisted” in the Action box and then select “Submit Changes.” If a seat becomes available, you will be notified through CougarMail. 你只会 have 24 hours to confirm and pay.

CougarWeb 登记 is based on completed 科林大学 credit hours.
You can access this information on your unofficial transcript through CougarWeb.

Students with a 3.25 or higher GPA who enroll in at least one Honors course, receive prior 登记, meaning they are eligible to begin registering for classes 在 第一天 的 priority 登记 schedule (listed below).
